All About ME
I was born in 1992 in a small suburb just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana where I currently live. I attended Jesuit High School of New Orleans until graduating in 2010 and attended Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama thereafter. At Spring Hill College I enrolled myself into the Communication Arts Program, choosing Digital Video Production as my concentration.
I have worked on various film sets in New Orleans as an extra in films such as, "21 Jump Street" and "When the Game Stands Tall." However, I am more interested in film making than acting.
A year ago I was an audio-visual assistant for a local New Orleans attorney. I was able to aid him in the set-up and recording of various mock trials using soundboards, cameras and monitors. However, this job was inconsistent and impractical while attending school in Alabama.
This year, however, I was able to assist in the production of the World Fishing Network's coverage of the 6th Annual Oyster Cook-Off held at The Hangout in Gulf Shores, Alabama. While assisting the cinematographers of the program, I was placed in charge of gathering consent forms from every subject whose image/likeness was recorded. I also aided in the transportation of equipment and personnel featured in the program.
I hope to better myself throughout my career by learning everything I can about video production. I am eager to aid in productions in any way possible. I believe the best way to learn a trade is through hands-on experience by working with and assisting others in that field of work.
